The Wade 2-Way Hand Knurling Tool is designed specifically for knurling toolroom and small lot knurling jobs from 1/8" to 3/4" in diameter. One of its outstanding features is its ability to knurl long or slender work which would bend or be displaced by other methods.

Every detail--the forged steel micrometer type frame, the thread ground feed screw, the hollow handle to accept 2 additional sets of knurls, is designed for maximum strength and convenience. The knurls are easily changed to any of the 8 available pitche3s by unscrewing the pins and replacing the knurls.

The diameter attachment is used on work smaller than 1/8" in diameter. Either diamond or straight knurling may be done, but only 3/16" wide because the roller back support prevents traveling along the work.

The knurls are made from a carefully selecteed tool steel, hobbed as precisely as a fine gear, hardened for maximum life, and finished by a special vapor honing process.
